Anyone with no entry for this date is absent. Tick the sewadars who were serving at another centre and record them as Sewa — they were present, just not here.

Every entry recorded outside the checkpoint, with no GPS reading, forced through with an override, or where the app’s claim disagrees with the server. Distances are recomputed on the server from the stored coordinates — the value the app sent is never trusted on its own.

Seat the sewadar in front of the camera and capture three shots from slightly different angles. Only 128 numbers are stored — never a photo, and a face cannot be reconstructed from them.

Each sewadar has one permanent 15-character key. Typing it once on their own phone activates it for them, after which they check in with a single tap. Treat a key like a password — it is only readable here, by a signed-in admin, and never leaves the database in any file.

The CSV contains live keys. Delete it once the slips are handed out.

Stand at the satsang ghar gate and press Use my current location. Save only when the GPS accuracy reads better than ±15 m.
